Intco from China definitely a real threat to our BiG4, with currently the 2nd largest glove producer within short period. But do not forget that our BiG4 are mostly OEM except Supermax, OBM as well for Intco and Bluesail China.

But the current situation with critical level of glove shortage, 100-200days lead time of delivery and longer period to achieve global herd immunity (projected End2022/2023) might sustain the current ASP for even longer period. Besides, supermax production capacity will increase almost 2X by end of YR2022.

If you know simple calculation.

For past, their pre-covid annual earnings around 100M. After leveraging off production capacity with lower ASP, they still can achieve an annual earnings of 1.5B - 2B after post-covid...
