Just write some comments:

1) Instead of price hike for TNB tariff rate, government still provide rebate to TNB instead of cutting rebate. This one I did not study in detail but in some form will help TNB to counter the natural gas hike.

2) TNB has aggressive exploring international market opportunities, and this will enhance their revenue.

3) MYR strengthened will reduce their financial burden in terms of financing cost and any forex gain will improve the bottomline.

4) TNB still are the top selection for foreign funds and local funds.

Towards the end of December, TNB maybe can hit the price of 16.00 and next year will move onward to 17.00.

This may contribute to following reasons that drive up the following qtr revenue:
- LNG vessel charter rate is improving, previous months charter rate is about USD40/day, and in December it had risen up to USD52/day, this is about 30% increased in chartered rate, and this may even can drive up to USD60/day, stronger demand in natural gas/LNG in Asia market and recent hike in natural gas had boosted the shipping market which has been slowdown in this couple years.
- New and additional LNG vessels had been in operation since Jul 2017
- Winter season has boosted the demand of petroleum chartered vessels and the rate and demand is improving and 2018 will also see the market recover for the petroleum chartered vessel.
- MHE bottomline is improving and this in turn will help to improve MISC bottomline.

Next qtr result will be superior and this will like 1st qtr result estimate revenue 4,700,000,000 and NP about 1,400,000,000.

This is due to:
1. Plant utilisation from previous qtr at 86% may up to 95%.
2. Methanol price had been increased significantly, especially in recent month that hike about 15-30% (China methanol up about 30%).
3. Average selling price for petrochemical keep continue up (think Polymer price also average up some).
4. Year end window dressing may drive to 8.00 price.

Do trade with cautious with those near to expiry CW, C27 and C29 is going to expire by end of Jan or early of Feb. For C30, it still can wait when Supermx start to have strong uptrend after C27 and C29 expired or when close to the next qtr results release month.

Market may be more volatile towards end of December and early weeks of Jan ......
