LONDON (Sept 24): Sir James Dyson, billionaire British inventor of the bagless vacuum cleaner, has expressed interest in bringing new investments into Malaysia and enhancing the capability of Malaysian engineers, said Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

The Prime Minister said Dyson has already invested in Malaysia with his facilities located in Johor and hired a large number of engineers.

"If he (Dyson) continues his investment in Malaysia, we can reduce the number of unemployed who have studied up to PhD level," he said after visiting Imperial College London on Monday.

At the prestigious science-based university, Dr Mahathir met Dyson who showed interest in bringing new investments into Malaysia.

The Prime Minister said the Government would amend "restrictive" policies so that Dyson would be more keen to invest in Malaysia.

"We will persuade him (to continue investing)," he said.

On his visit to Imperial College London, Dr Mahathir said he was attracted to the automotive field that the university was working on to improve the efficiency of the engine and its forays in the development of electric vehicles.

Wow hng33, all capital for MRCB? Just curious, you sailang all the 92.0 3.0M shares, hahaha....

Have you guys ever noticed that MRCB's sibling MBSB is under selling pressure lately? From RM1.4x to RM1.1x now. Apparently, a group of investors cashed out from MBSB and bought into MRCB last Friday. The reason is simple, both owned by EPF, MBSB has not much room to move up further. so switching to MRCB is definitely a better choice after being pressed down due to rights.

The share price was purposely maintained at RM1.3x for a long time already with simple reason so that they can issue the private placement share at RM1.30, yes 25% of current issued capital. Remember the AIrAsia private placement @ RM1.80 and then shot up to current level. Same will happen to ECOWRLD,

Hahaha.... I am so afraid that it don't come to 70.0 sen when the rights listed on 29th July. For now till then, let's party with it, 85.0 sen next week? Or earlier? Whatever, I know I can sleep well with my holding on MBSB.... cheers.

The consolidation of both counters Genetec and Inix are different, Genetec is making money and INix is losing money. Once Genetec consolidated, it only 35.7mil shares in market, can then easily push up again, but not in the case of INIX!

Haha ...today Maybank IB's LCH recommends to SELL CMSB in TheEdgeDaily, SOoooooooo ... it is a BUY Signal! Market always reverse his technical view. Ha ha ha ....

I think after consolidation, the price will be much higher than 80.0 (ref to 27.5), simply because by then, the free float will be reduced by 4 time, becomes 340.75 mil only, minus 64% held by Tan Sri Azman (direct & indirect), it is only 122.6 mil share floating. compare to currently 490mil, easier for it move up. My guess 85.0 sen to reflect better ROE and capital structure.
