@JayC88, if long term, sure no issue. But I might be wrong. Based on what I have experienced and I believe many people also had the same experience where when we set to invest long term at that moment, we may change because when we see price drop and keep drop and no more performance for months. So you really need to "know yourself" before you make decision for "long term" investment. If you still certain you can hold long term no matter what factors come in, then you can go ahead. But of course you need to find out what is the "engine" behind to support you to continue holding and able to filter out all noise. And you need to ask yourself, unless you are very rich with deep pocket, will you go for other potential profitable counter after your "long term" counter stagnant?
Just my personal thinking to share.

Now, I never set "term" to my portfolio. I treat it as business. Good then hold, bad then sell.

My take is never convert if you plan to hold long term. If you want to make the difference to sell after conversion to mother share, then you will be disappointed because the profit gap will disappear in few days.

The letter dated on 12-May, over 50% of the 42M traded on 12-May were by the 1st level insiders. Then the next morning on 13-May huge buying by 2nd level of insiders. Probably they sell off over 70% of shares in the end of trading hour on 13-May and some on morning of 14-May. This may probably "sell on news" before the news published yesterday. Yesterday vol already very small compare to 13-May and 14-May. This is only if my assumption is correct because we read the news late.

If the price on next Monday can up 2-3cents with high vol about 100M and above, that means retailers have huge power too. And it may re-test 0.290 again!

If low vol and price not up 2-3cents, means it will continue to pullback first.

Karen, no. Because I sold all other shares and ALL go into Glove Counters. In fact, I sold out all glove counters except one of the Top 4 glove counters today and I made a lot more times than if keeping in Minetec.
I actually cut loss a bit only in Minetec. Soon will move to another left behind counter, buy to keep and wait for timing soon.

I don't plan to buy Minetec for time being since today up so much already. Will see how.

But good to see everyone making money.
