Description
DAGANG NEXCHANGE BERHAD announced a quarterly dividend of RM 0.005 per share. The dividend is payable on 02-Oct-2017, while the ex-date will be on 07-Sep-2017. This is equivalent to the previous dividend of RM 0.005 per share, with ex-date of 26-Jan-2017 and paid to the shareholders on 28-Feb-2017.

Dagang NeXchange Bhd is a leading service provider in Malaysia?s trade facilitation and energy sector.The business operates in various segments that include Corporate, which is an investment holding; Information Technology (IT), which supply, delivery, install, testing, commissioning and maintenance of IT hardware, development, management and provision of business to government (B2G) e-commerce and others; and Energy, which provides upstream oil and gas exploration, production sale of oil and gas related equipment and services, provision of engineering, technical support and involvement in power plant, and energy-related business. The Information Technology segment generates maximum revenue for the company.
How to be entitled
To be entitled for any of the above, you need to purchase the shares one trading day before the ex-Date. You will not be entitled for the above if you purchase the shares on or after the ex-Date. On ex-Date, the price will be adjusted to reflect the theoretical market price of the stock after the entitlement. You can sell the shares on / after ex-Date and still be entitled to the corporate exercise. The key is to purchase the shares before ex-Date.
How to apply
