I really like this portfolio.

Priceworth is too much of a punt for me. But if it works, really will win. If it does not, will drop quite badly also i think.

Masteel is a little scary for me due to reversion to the mean. High Steel prices mean higher supply and therefore, lower price etc etc.

But then again, i may have gotten my time frame wrong. That may only happen 1-2 years down the road. Or not at all, if HSR etc gets on track.

WCE, EKOVEST and GADANG on the other hand. I really want some. But no money.

my portfolio seriously affected by BN losses

gadang, ekovest affected by construction industry collapse (gadang is supposed to secure more MRT contracts, ekovest is supposed to finalise the RM6 bil additional DUKE)

WCE price not adjusted for right issue. It is also affected by toll sentiment change following PH government change

priceworth affected by the change in Chief Minister in Sabah (which was previously BN). The new CM tried to mess around with concessions (so that he can re award them). And also priceworth did not adjust for rights issue

as for masteel, it is a lousy pick. In addition, it also has not reflected bonus issue

2018 is a lousy year for me. But that is life, you have ups and downs

My real life porotflio shrank 20% in 2018. That put me number 41th on the list. Still lousy

But 2015 to 2017 was good. As matter of fact, super good

I think overall strategy is still valid. I am sticking to my existing method of buying stocks that next year earning expected to be higher than this year (uncle Koon formula)

ignorance and arrogance can also produce a lot of profits....at times. But we all know this is not sustainable.
Everyone has been trying to find a more sustainable way, no one has perfected it. If one is found, it will soon be broken by others.

So, don't be too seduced by people who shows you super duper records especially ones based on ignorance and arrogance.

and those with moderate success are by skill and hard work.
