In Calvin tan defence kps released 2 dividends, a special dividend of 32.6 cents due to the splash sale and 4.25 cents final year dividend. However the share price crash to 99.5 cents from rm1.65 shows a huge -ve 30 cents drop post dividend. So much for Calvin tan predictions.

My answer to Philip

1) You know IB? He is an outsider. So it is just hear say.
Calvin knows Mr. Bong (THE CFO) of Uzma

You based your belief on an outsider while Calvin gets his information from an insider. And this in no ordinary insider but the CFO of the Company.

And do you know who is the CFO (Chief Financial Officer)

Last time I also know the CFO of Pm Corp. I asked him which is the best Mui Group Companies to buy at that time and for those prices quoted

He said buy "PM CORP"

Mui Bhd, Mui Prop, Pm Hld & PMI were not mentioned as "buy" at that time

Now why buy Pm Corp?

BECAUSE PM CORP HAS CASH MORE THAN LIABILITIES

AT 13 SEN THEN NO ONE COULD PREDICT THERE WILL BE A FUTURE CASH PAYOUT OF 8 SEN WHICH IS MORE THAN 50% OF SHARE PRICE

Calvin has added yet another stock to his comparison list. If things proceed he might as well start an exchange traded fund that we can track in totality, his recommendation is that much. We will use that to monitor his long term results.

He posted buying his PMCorp at 8 sen.

At least be at least be credible!




Anyway, for someone professing deep value investing, his promotions are craps at best.

Calvin is in the game of "Selling to Suckers." Without promoting, he is stuck in his lousy companies. His only hope is to find Suckers to take his stocks from him at higher prices.



By his own admission, Calvin invested 2% of his networth into stocks. He holds about 50 stocks, i.e. 2% of of allocation to stocks in each of these 50 companies. Well, let it be obvious. The dividend distributed and received in one of my stock is probably hundred folds of any of Calvin's single biggest gains. What is even better - this dividend is received yearly and growing

You must include dividends for kps at 46 sen

Plus TA, vstecs, L&G, penergy, carimin, Cscsteel, pantech, Dutaland and others got give dividends

Go and add up all dividends

calvintan you must include your stocks volume, how much you invest in. Every dividend has a minimum transactional fee for processing. for carimin you left after making measly 20 cents profit while others held for longer period.

based on your 40 stocks, if you put rm10,000 on each stock, you would have needed 400K cash for your returns. for a more realistic average, I would assume you invested 200K with RM5000 on each stock.

for example carimin, total dividend was 0.014 and 0.016 based on your initial purchase of 0.4. spending 5k on this you will get 12500 shares, at this holding cost your returns would be RM500 for the first cycle, with your returns slightly at the RM450 after taxes and processing fees. since you said that you quickly sold after getting a few cents profit (i believe you said you sold at 0.65), for 25 cents gain. how about the real annualized returns of your holdings AVERAGED OUT?
