Wrong principle...... top down ......scrap before too late

Right education is the genuine passport to the future........not fake one........which would not help them to face the harsher future......

Education is about instilling passion....generating curiosity.....burning desire to learn

Education is about love and concern.......far from about forcing.

And....character buiding at the same time.....for attitude is more important than knowledge

In the process transfering decision-making powers from central Ministries of Education to intermediate governments, local governments, communities, and schools, the stakeholders in the downstream can learn to be more responsible to keep abreast to an ever-changing world...
