20 years ago, my holding on the “good value-go out and work hard” was firmer than stainless steel. After 20 years of bashing by the cruel facts and accumulating some wealth, my believe on that good value starts to waver. Nevertheless I took it positively and remind myself to create a fairer and joyful working environment within my capability.
