as my personal view, no matter how the price of securities increase its doesn't make big sense. unless huge dividend been receive or insas cash out the share.
as a value share must be have a consistently grow of business; both turnover and profit and a good management team.
from my personal perspective, insas only will be privatise. caz the major shareholder can maximise his own interest, of caz the minority can get a one off return on privatise.
just like to share what my view.
