Riche Ho, Great Job.
Good and detailed write up of the company and the potentials in it. A good company with good future recurring earnings but only for mid to long investments and not for speculations. If the dividend policy can be put in place, it will surely attract the fund managers. Keep updated.

DE ratio should be negligible (0.0067), not 0.47 as stated. Please check.
