Based on the comment below, the author really think that KYY is innocent and is his remisier fault that did not remind him to file his holding on time. I would ask seriously? The first question is why KYY open so many nominee account with different IB? The second question is why instead of himself he also use his wife or other people related to open nominee account? What is the agenda behind? Why he tend to write after he purchase and did't declare he is holding on it? To me it sounds like market manipulation. Once I become substantial shareholder I start promoting and with my influence a lot of people will follow. Then I sell but I didn't write a follow up in my blog. After a few weeks when Bursa announcement is out then people only realize. The share price drop and of course, I will buy back cheaper that time. Tell me what it is if it is not manipulation.

我们大家都知道老koon手段非常不正道，这一些中文 bloggers还在帮老koon擦鞋。

把老koon列为崇拜对象，而且还公开赞扬。

可想而知，这样的人投资最起码的正道非常有限。

希望大家为维护市场最起码的公平公正而努力，除了捞钱找吃外。

I only know Cold Eyed was begging not to discuss or disclose his portfolio.

Reason? Cold Eyed couldn't guarantee the result if people follow his stock selection. He wanted people to do their own homeworks & be wise investors.

Tan lucy. You are right. If ‘indirect shareholding‘ is used in business world, it would mean shares are indirectly belongs to someone. In this article, it means that KYY‘s wife, son, daughter, relatives are all indirect belongs to (or owned by) KYY. Haha.

nampaknya KYY sudah jadi penyagak dalam pasaran saham kerana kepakaran dan kebijaksaan beliau dalam putar belit pasaran saham … lambat laun mereka yang ikan bilis ini mesti tersangkut kat FLBHD.. apa tidaknya, kyy pemegang saham terbesar bila-bila masa sahaja boleh melupuskan saham beliau bila harga saham melonjak naik macam kat VS… nasihat kepada ikan-ikan bilis ini, buat kajian analysis menyeluruh....biar lambat asal selamat…..lebih lebih lagi kyy sekarang dah jadi conman.

If I m not mistaken there was only a small write up in the paper when he donates RM50 millions to Penang.
