25 yrs return =65%? average per yr less than 3%, if using compound calculation, even less ...

estimated 3% dividend yield + free warrant or bonus issues (I put a value of 3%)

so average of 3% price growth + 3% dividend + 3% bonus/warrant issue = 9%
