Yes very good idea Dr Azman the learned man from Trengganu. Let ECRL project be piratised to Trengganu using the Oil royalty as capital. The yearly maintainence cost of about 1 billion can be borne by by state gov of trengganu and kelantan. It will be so good for their economy and will make trengganu and kelantan very rich hopefully in hell. PAS can easily get go ahead as they will bear the cost of the ECRL project.
Oh I think you need at least 80 years of oil royalty just to pay the cost of ECRL .... maintenence he can sell Kelantan to Donald Duck...hehehehe
