It’s time for MACC to enlarge their manpower and speed up the investigation since there are too many involved in big scale corruption. Charge them without delay so as to get back the money to cover our coffers.

Stolen property is any how a stolen property.
Once thief is caught, stolen property seized, court must return the stolen property to lawful owner.

Anybody (including a political body) can be charged under Sec 411 PC for retaining stolen property.

MCA under Chua Sui Lek is accountable to retain stolen property as a political body, Chua Sui Lek as President then is guilty as legal representative of MCA to retain stolen property.

Problem is just to prove:-
1. Money received by MCA is from 1MDB (circumstantial evidence from Najib's statement and money trail)
2. Chua Soi Lek knew money received was part of the money stolen from 1MDB
3. Chua Soi Lek had informed CWC that he received money from Najib and there was a minute to that effect.
4. If no minute of meeting, Chua Soi Lek is deemed to have taken for self consumption, only he would be fully responsible, and MCA not drag into this shit.

Anyhow, MCA must make good what had taken irrespective Chua Soi Lek handed the money to CWC or not.
Chua Soi Lek is liable for retaining stolen property, on his own behalf, or on behalf of MCA...........

As 'leaders', they are not obliged to passively 'just receive' like any follower, but take full responsibility in the process of taking.....making sure of the appropriateness of that action.

Once the cat is out of the box, the only right thing to do is to proactively come forward, cooperate with the relevant authority......and open the whole pandora's box......
