BUT these are also important factors

1. Company must have surplus cash
2. Its earnings should be sustainable
3. It should not be in a sunset industry
4. It should also not be a cyclical at its peak

If share price suddenly spike up due to over bullish buying then better take profit

Always buy a share when it is undervalue.
If after buying price still weakens do not be afraid to add more.

AND certainly we should not chase any share based on speculation alone.

Leave that to the 80% fools who will eventually lose their capital.
