I remember writing a rebuttal to UMNO leaders who warn that, Putrajaya will be pressured to cut allocation to all SJK(C) or abolish such institution completely if Chinese continued to shun BN.
My SJK(C) Keat Hwa (H) in Alor Setar had taught me my religion and respect for other people religions. Now I join with my colleagues in celebrating their religion festivals. Carry out my earthly work ethically, fairly and honestly because I know one day I will be called to face my creator and be judged for my earthly conducts.
My SJK(C) Keat Hwa (H) in Alor Setar had taught me to be humble, empathy, courtesy and polite. Now I am a filial piety son, a caring parent, a considerate superior and of mannerism of a gentlemen.
My SJK(C) Keat Hwa (H) in Alor Setar had taught me honesty, righteousness, kindness and justices. Now I always keep my promise, honor my word, kindness to other and stand up against injustices.

Now may I ask the so called UMNO LEADERS?
In which school did you learn to misuse religion as a mean to achieve your selfish goal and as long as you carry out your earthly obligation in forms rather than substances then all your sins will be forgiven and heaven is ensured?
In which school did you learn to puff up with false pride and hot air and proclaim to the whole word that your leader is the God chosen one and the best ever?
In which school did you learn to lie through your teeth and proclaim your leader got nothing to do with MO1?

We need to be filial piety and be grateful to our parents for giving us life and doing their best in nurturing us. I believe there is a higher purpose in life; an inner self and inner calling inside us to do good in this world and to leave behind a better world for our children and his children’s children to inherit this better world and continues build on and live in this better world. I believe there must be a higher being that in a chaotic cosmic phenomenon order emerges and life happen in planet Earth.
As of my faith, I’m officially a Buddhist.

Actually there are Only 2 Religions in the World

1) Salvation by Doing Good Works: Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism etc etc

2) Salvation by Grace in Christianity

Karma means action, work or deed; it also refers to the spiritual principle of cause and effect where intent and actions of an individual (cause), influence the future of that individual (effect).Good intent and good deed contribute to good karma and future happiness, while bad intent and bad deed contribute to bad karma and future sufferings. It’s a natural law of as you sow so shall you reap.

Now as a man is like this or like that,
according as he acts and according as he behaves, so will he be;
a man of good acts will become good, a man of bad acts, bad;
he becomes pure by pure deeds, bad by bad deeds;
And here they say that a person consists of desires,
and as is his desire, so is his will;
and as is his will, so is his deed;
and whatever deed he does, that he will reap.

Buddhism, which emphatically denies such an Almighty, All merciful God-Creator and an arbitrarily created immortal soul, believes in natural law and justice which cannot be suspended by either an Almighty God or an All-compassionate Buddha. According to this natural law, acts bear their own rewards and punishments to the individual doer whether human justice finds out or not

The Buddhist doctrine of Karma does not expound such ridiculous fatalistic views. Nor does it vindicate a postmortem justice. The All-Merciful Buddha, who had no ulterior selfish motives, did not teach this law of Karma to protect the rich and comfort the poor by promising illusory happiness in an after-life.

While we are born to a state created by ourselves, yet by our own self-directed efforts there is every possibility for us to create new, favourable environments even here and now. Not only individually, but also, collectively, we are at liberty to create fresh Karma that leads either towards our progress or downfall in this very life.

According to the Buddhist doctrine of Karma, one is not always compelled by an ‘iron necessity’, for Karma is neither fate, nor predestination imposed upon us by some mysterious unknown power to which we must helplessly submit ourselves. It is one’s own doing reacting on oneself, and so one has the possibility to divert the course of one’s Karma to some extent. How far one diverts it depends on oneself

It is this doctrine of Karma that gives hope, reliance and moral courage to a Buddhist. When the unexpected happens, and he meets with difficulties, failures, and misfortune, the Buddhist realises that he is reaping what he has sown, and he is wiping off a past debt. Instead of resigning himself, leaving everything to Karma, he makes a strenuous effort to pull the weeds and sow useful seeds in their place, for the future are in his own hands.

Sslee, sorry I don't read length story about religion.. Whatever Buddhism said about good deed bring good karma is rubbish.. Nowadays ppl only think about money.. ppl do evil 4 d sake of money, doctor, lawyer n even in stock mkt, they manipulated n suck all small investor money away.. check it out do they have bad karma after that or they live luxury live while u suffer...

Buddhism are cunny, they talk something like last life n next life n so on.. which could not b proven.. it's just imagination not real n not acceptable...

Aiyah... unfortunately there are very, very, rare or few true cultivators in all religions nowadays. All only talk how beautiful the flowers are...but never go deep inside the roots. True cultivators are sitting cross-legged in full lotus...n at peace all their time n consciousness is clear n lucid. There aren't ignorant like we normal people who built so many house of worship... actually all n everything are just an illusions, like dew-drops, like clouds, nothing is forever...!!!

You’re right nowadays people don’t care about karma nor god punishment, because they know it won’t happen. Only strict enforcement of rule of laws was saving us from the rule of jungle.

Politicians had try but failed in creating Garden of Eden where all human being are equal (by nature or nurture) and live in peace and harmony. The socialism system of applying equality in an inequality society failed miserably in producing equally poor and lazy society whereas capitalist system had exaggerated the inequality and causes material greed and fear of inability to survive resulting in many social ills and crimes.

Religions too had failed in trying to unite inequality us by nature or nurture into an equality society where we can do no harm to other human being.

But one thing in nature that able to bring equality to human being is death. No one ever escape it and It’s in facing this great equality of death that make human being seeking answer to life purpose the spirituality of life.

is it possible to connect with the creator? I believe HE knows and what is HE and what is us.If we are real, surely there must be other beings , the unknown, those that can't be seen or feel by our senses. Remember! Our world is perceived by our senses, if you can't breath in water, no matter how u try u can't. U no wings to fly, u not able to fly no matter how hard you try. It means our world that we are in is based on our senses and these sense made us feel real. What if there are senses we don't have? Is it possible? Very likely. Can colour blind ppl see colour? NOPE. There are certain sounds we can't hear and perhaps colours too. The first thing to understand is our world real, the one we perceived as solid? I really have doubts if is real bcoz based on what i read and experienced, is not as solid as we think. Let's look at this point, if world is not real, then what is real actually. If not real, then is most likely the simplest explanation is there' only 1 dot(abstraction), so it means we are all connected together just that we are separated by something making it looks as we are diff. Religion can be good and bad and is especially good for mass ppl, meaning to reprogram in a mass manner. It teaches us to be good, but it can be bad too, depending on the teachers, who are they, are they connected to the creator or purely blind on scriptures without the connection to the creator. I don't condemn ppl's religion, religion give them hopes, is true or not, I don't criticized them, i like to see them have hope in life. The spiritual journey is between u and the creator , not between u and others. There can only be a very very small group of ppl who will be successful at connecting to the creators and u can say is a privilege club.

Another thing, your ability to connect to the creator is not bcoz u r talented, rather is bcoz this gift was granted to you. So when u r granted that gift , use it, dont follow ppl blindly but link to the creator as you are in the religion,you will evolved more than just the religion bcoz HE will guide you. If you don't have the ability, then u can only be what the religion can offer the most.

Some talked about energy lvl, to raise the energy lvl through meditation, u think negative, u experienced negative, u absorbed ppl's negativity energy, some r diff from others, they can absorb or born ppl energy absorber, all sapu habis and this makes them in big trouble. When this type of energy of yours is low, u attract some unknown beings and so the cycle down start. So by right should be to cycle up, raising the so called energy lvl, when the energy lvl is raised, u slowly experienced diff thing. Well, this is their theory, I'm still testing it but to do so, you must be able to mastered meditation.

If you study history, start from world war one till today, u will discovered there is something arranging the orders of things. Focus on hitler, you will see it was arranged. What was the consequence of world war I and World war II? What was the consequence of the american's civil war?
