Should do this
1. Reduce threshold from RM1 millions to Rm500k for Iskandar high-rise condos and houses
2. GIVE INCENTIVE LIKE A FREE AP TO IMPORT ONE CAR FOR PERSONAL USE
CAN SAVE RM50K
3.GIVE LONG TERM 30 YEARS STAY FOR ALL WHO BUY HOUSES OR CONDOS AND KEEP LONG TERM
4. QUICKLY BUILD RTS FROM JB TO SPORE
5. BUILD HSR QUICKLY

Who offer?
Minister or developers?
The developers have been marketing relentlessly worldwide to hard sell not just to Hongkist, mainlanders, Taiwanese and Singaporean.
It was the govt flip-flop policy on MM2H that deter many potential buyers, just like what is happening in Forest City right now.
Yes. Residential properties in Malaysia still very affordable, and can be considered very cheap relative to those places mentioned above. But why Malaysian residential properties no longer attract those buyers for past few years?
Flip-flop policy for foreigners to own those properties could be the main reason.
