what for give internet data to all students ?so they can play games ? At their age, they are not able to distinguish fake news, easily impressionable, and yet to master ability to filter out malicious online content, scammers. How many parents are able to supervise their kids' internet usage all the time ? 10%,20% ?

This is a challenge even for adults, what more for school going children. Whoever started this is clearly thinking in a reactive manner. Each proposal has its downside too...
