Foreign Funds accumulating Supermax at bargain prices.

According to data from CGS-CIMB, Supermax TOPS THE LIST of net buys by foreign investors for the month of February, followed by Hartalega and Kossan in positions 2 and 3.

Local institutions were the largest net seller of Top Glove and Supermax stock in recent weeks.

Additionally, we recently learned that a popular investor has also disposed of his position in Supermax.

Foreign Funds are very well aware that Supermax is trading at Forward PE of 3.3 while sitting on RM3.56 Billion cash pile. This is what value investing is all about.

If ASP drop Supermx as OBM first to suffer follow by Top glove as their ASP almost raise to the max and share price already up 300%. Harta & Kossan now start to catch up on the ASP will up the most as the current share price yet to reflect this. Their share price up less than 100% now compare to pre- pandemic.

There's RM1.41/share worth of cash in the share price. If stock fall below 3, that means the value of the company less cash is effectively RM1.61/share. Is it possible given ASP still
at elevated level? US cases still at Sep/Oct level in which ASP then was already very high. Global supply didn't increase much since then and global cases is seeing resurging trend.

some more it was reach my tp already... right now is 相对的低点 if u got chip in hand... then if u wnat to leverage down ... this is a respective good price to do it... but it doesnt mean uptrend will kick start... it just have a higher chance that got one time rebound... that is why ... dont simply leverage down... and hv to wait a good price to leverage down.
