Why import plastic waste from countries that condemn Malaysia? Do we really need to look for penny at the expense of environment?
Who are the 'importers' of the waste? Why no law to punish them?
Who give license to the recyclers? If they operate illegally or not abide to rule and regulation, they must be punished!

Not to forget each plastic bag is selling at 20 sen. Govt gave the excuse that Malaysia must reduce plastic bag usage. One kg can have how many plastic bags? For every one ton how much we Malaysian have paid to Jusco, Tesco, and KFC? Is it not foolish on the govt part to charge rm 100k for every single ton of plastic in Jusco, Tesco and KFC, but to allow importer brings in the waste at rm 100 per ton? Not to forget, waste disposal in US may be usd 1000 per ton!

We are subsidizing American usd 980 for every ton of the plastic waste imported into Malaysia!
