Another Anchorage Meeting. This time is China/Russia on one side, US/UK/Australia/Australia on the other side. Germany and France abstain. India as usual, will never commit.
Interesting to find out whether President Xi and President Putin will be pointing fingers and tell Sleeping Joe that 'you are no more talking to us with strength'. China and Russia should in the first place need not attend so-called 'Climate Summit' host by US. US has left the Paris Climatic Accord and has no more locus standi to deal with any climate change. Both China and Russia may take this opportunity to give Sleeping Joe another Black Eye after the Anchorage fiasco.
