2) upon LLA is terminated , will Leave balance FGV plantation land area in hectare ?

3) RM 50k to RM 100k per acre ? any recent Sales of plantation as example ?

As for WTK NTA marked down it is one rule required by Bursa to depreciate & mark down assets

Nothing wrong at all with company as it is only paper "mark down" only

Long ago

I tendered for some company cars from L&G in KL

I paid Rm5,000 for one Used Company car

When I made the payment of Rm5,000 the GM (General Manager) opened the book and showed me their book value was Rm1.00 (one ringgit)

But I paid Rm5,000 for it

So WTK Assets are Rm1.71 Book Value

IF THEY SELL?

I THINK THE REAL BOOK VALUE WILL BE AT LEAST RM5.00 TO RM6.00 MINIMUM

SO MUST KNOW WHAT IS MARKED DOWN BOOK VALUE AND REAL MARKET VALUE
