Its a very good piece to read.

but this covers only half the story. The other half of the story is about humility. Once humility is lost, the peak is over. Like Emperor Chieng Long time.

But not to worry. Unless things go out of hand, out of control, Chinese still buying iphones, Tesla cars and what ever works. Still learning and still adapting to see to what works and can be adapted to China.

Nationalism and national pride yes, and sacrifices. China still aims to be an open society, open minded and learning. At least for next 20 -30 years that I can see.

Xi generation still admires western civilization in many ways., while recognizing its defects. His own daughter is educated in Harvard....China is in a very good situation , for now.

u need to learn how Huawei, tencent, Baidu treats their employess. U also need to learn how Chinese conglomerates all provides accommodations for the employees.

There is nothing unChinese about treating employees well. It all depends on prosperity or lack of it.
