HK Housing Problems was a DIRECT creation by the Ex-Colonial MASTERS ( England) who RULED then. In 1970 , Housing Problems was ALREADY a HUGE Issue. But the Colonial masters did NOT do any thing. But actually compounded the CRISIS. RICH developers ...'Carried FAVORS' with landlords( British ) who could have made land for "PUBLIC HOUSING". But most of the available 'LAND" was SOLD to HK Developers. These $$$$$ was then 'ROBBED" and found it way to the BRITISH coffers. Of course , many officers had their SHARE of "Profits" along the way. If CHINA wants to resolved the LACK of LAND , then "OPEN" up ZUAHAI in Main land CHINA SPECIALLY for HK residents ONLY. Anyway HK lslands is NOT a PLACE to bring up a FAMILY.
