What is the point of promoting MM2H? To enrich developers?
Foreigners do not get the real benefit. They have to struggle to live decently with so many red-tapes and face difficulties just like citizens. Transportation breaks down all the time, stagnation at government offices. Owning a home is not important but making life comfortable to live is paramount.

now MM2H is unaffordable. Thats why it is declining. To be honest, no arab or saudi will want to move to malaysia under MM2H. Realistically, we can only target chinese from taiwan or hongkong. then cater to their needs. i am 100% sure government have all the datas..

I agree it should come under motac again with all the requirements set lower
