It's a Johor Play. Anyway Forest City will fail for one simple reason... its overhyped. Can't do China Ops in a small economy like Msia+SG.

They can come up with most creative plans but it will fail a miserable death due to their work attitude, embedded racism and discriminative attribute plus thick jealousy.
