Even with blazing computers, Malay government continue to crawl slower than snail. However they trumpet about their digital presence and readiness. Only users know the frustration. Communication completely broke down even with multitude options. Websites take ages to load. Fed up of complaining to people who pretend to be deaf but who are ready to flex muscle and be belligerent in controlling and imposing their screwed up SOPs.
