The safest is to hold and wait.

Mr Eg mentioned that the mou is a definitive agreement because monies have already been made by RDIF to set up the manufacturing facilities and do the technology transfer on behalf of Ucrest. RDIF pays for the investment and hands full oem responsibility to Ucrest.

Once they transfered the tech.
The MOU is binding already.
