The realistic thing is public placement...296mil shares for PP if added to current shares outstanding of around 3billion units will expect price down around 9.8% in short term. For the long run, if the PP used well, and in this case sure its to prepare for government project without getting any loan, then you do the math...money does not always comes easy. Unless its dataprp counter which is rare case caused by market maker. Still TAYOR

Worried for Iris investors bcos till now after more than 30 days from LOA dated 29/01/21, Iris Mgmt has not announced that they have obtained performance bond of 12.8 mil to be issued by their banker to KDN for their NII contract. This is one of the crucial condition in the LOA...... Any one wish to enlighten on this matter
