"It is targeting to achieve up to 80 million yuan or RM51.70 million worth of sales from the new e-commerce platform, which it is dubbing “Accsoft Mall”, by the end of its new financial year ending Dec 31, 2017 (FY17).

Accsoft Mall is positioned to be a large-scale business-to-consumer e-commerce platform for high-quality and fashionable footwear and apparel, said its executive director Zhu Guo He in a recent interview with The Edge Financial Daily.

According to Zhu, the company has been granted the e-commerce operating licence and other relevant certifications by the Chinese government and plans to roll out the mobile application as well as the personal computer version of the trading platform soon — by March, at the latest."

The directors of MFB are En Harris Bin Abu Hashim and En Arifuddin Bin Mohamed Shah.
MFB’s business consists of assembly and trading motorbikes. MFB is the sole importer and assembler
of Sanyang Motorcycle (“SYM”) brand motorcycles in Malaysia.
SALIENT TERMS OF MOU
1. ACCSOFT and MFB confirm their mutual interest in a collaboration agreement which will
involve but not limited to a joint venture.
2. ACCSOFT brings to the collaboration
➢ Application technology and collection silos
➢ Leadership in the business expansion
➢ Business Strategies and management guidance
➢ Business network sharing and support
➢ Funding or fund raising
3. MFB brings to the collaboration
➢ One thousand (1,000) motorcycles and riders
➢ Operational management
➢ Technical support
➢ Day to day operations
4. ACCSOFT and MFB agree that commencement of concrete and finite negotiations on the
working relationship of the collaboration be finalised within 30 days of this MOU.
