Good show. FINTEC GLOBAL is trying to show they collected at high price up to 17 and hoping to attract more traders to come in. But FINTEC might have collected much earlier than this round, at much lower price than 10sen or less.

Low volume indicating right hand to left hand transactions by goreng pisang operator. Not many retailers are in the game except calvin shootup and geng.

Trade wisely, don't be deceived and trapped at high price.

For newbies to play safe, just buy a little only, make sure price go up 30% then average up 1 or 2 more times

Netx is going to create a legend in bursa.. nothing short of a possible limit up with real good news, else no one buys like no tomolo

Bursa sentiment still sluggish due to political issues. Don't see good reason beside a more bullish Bursa, for loss making penny stocks to be bullish unless they can show continuous & consistent quarterly profits.

Credit Suisse still holding 6.28% of Netx shares

Since Asiabio/Fintec just started accumulating there might still be upside as Fintec still got over Rm100 Million cash hoard. So it is not left hand to right hand but Netx shares now being taken up

As for past losses they were investments just like Grab has to invest lots of money & even needed Funding from Temasek & later Soft Bank from Japan

So give Netx more time

Do u all notice nfcp related stock opcom goes up a lot today... it cant be a simple coincidence with netx recent surge in price

Nfcp comes back with real good news, u cant say netx is not related when it goes up in tandem with opcom....

Waiting for a real good news, a limit up will be so great, but better if 2 limit ups

A legend that we participate is not the same to we only hear n see

KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 17): NetX Holdings Bhd has emerged as a substantial shareholder in MLabs Systems Bhd after acquiring a 5.52% stake in the loss-making company.

NetX said it acquired the stake, comprising 80 million shares, in the open market through its subsidiary First United Technology Ltd on Sept 15 for RM3.62 million, which averages at 4.5 sen per share.

With the acquisition, First United owns 104.46 million shares or a 7.28% stake in MLabs.

MLabs and NetX have Tan Sik Eek as a common director, NetX’s filing showed. He owns 7.25% in NetX and 0.05% in MLabs.

This comes days after NetX itself saw the emergence of listed company Fintec Global Bhd as a substantial shareholder with 6.36% stake on Sept 10.

NetX said following the disposal, its shareholding in MLabs is reduced to 3.91% from 7.32% previously.

The disposal of the shares was carried out by its Hong Kong subsidiary, First United Technology Ltd, in the open market on Dec 16, NetX added in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.

The group did not disclose the transaction price, but based on MLabs’s closing price of eight sen on Dec 16, the block of shares is valued at RM2.4 million.
