Inwest..re-pansai...sori pansar...it looks to me,it is in the 3rd wave up but whats confusing to me is,there is a false breakout this morning.So,we have to use this strategy to handle this stock...if u look to buy on pullbacks,put your stoploss pt at 0.485.The upside objective of this count is at 0.59.

At A$0.45, it is equivalent to

0.45 * 3 / 2.75 = RM0.49

3 is approx. exchange rate, 2.75 is 1 EPY can get 2.75 GHLSys shares from the acquisition.

It is trading at a discount to GHLSys shares since the deal is not finalized yet. Discount should narrow when there is more progress on the acquisition.

We need to observe EPY share price to know whether GHLSys price is reasonable. If EPY share price is trading at a huge discount to GHLSys price then something is not right! It represents a big opportunity for investors (especially international big sharks) to arbitrage by selling GHLSys & buy EPY. The latest time they will act is when all the approvals have been obtained & the deal has become a certainty.

At Friday closing of EPY at A$0.45 (equivalent to around RM0.49 GHLSys price) & GHLSys at RM0.655. EPY is trading at 25% discount. This is unsustainable. Eventually either GHLSys price will go down or EPY price will go up or both.

If you speculate & thinking that GHLSys price will continue to rise while EPY price remain stationary then you’re playing with fire!

Just imagine the bill collectors like pos malaysia, TNB office or other utiitiy offices, you pay all your bills like, water, electric, telephone, astro over the counter, 1% of total bill commission will be given to the bill collectors. GHLSYS and ePay, gets to pay all your bills and mobile topups with minimal Overheads. All you need is a device, an internet line and someone from the shop to key in onto the handheld... and this man is paid by the shops... High profit, less overhead ....GHLSYS bought Epay Malaysia, and EPay Australia will only get the sales monies, and Epay Australia still have other operations around the world, which wont impact much if the deal go thru or not.

Conclusion, GHLSYS will be in better position to have good account books, cash flows and revenue. Today you might see some profit taking, but this counter really test your self esteem...but for mid term and long term, theres potential.
