Total shares are 1153 million. To make it simple, just consider 153million in treasury and hence 1000 mil in shareholder's hands. The group last year's revenue was about 20million. Last Q revenue was about RM 21 million. There is already a huge jump in terms of revenue compared to last year. I assume the new manufacturing plant has partially operated and contribute. And assume this Q will increase by another 25%. The quarterly revenue should be RM25mil. 4Q will be RM 100mil. (I doubt with just 1 additional new plant can increase revenue by 5x - 20M to 100M.....anyway, give the benefit of the doubt) Scope profit margin is 7 to 12%. I take 10% as an average as most EMS is about 8% if not mistaken. PIE is also another EMS and their average profit margin is 7%. That means the best outcome is profit 10mil and that translates to EPS of 1c. The current price is PE= 36. PIE is only 18 and 10 times bigger than scope.......of course, sometimes the market can also rate them at PE 60 to 70.

There is Inventec Appliances Malaysia. I believed Sonos AGM is not specifically referring to scope and i believed the line transfer from China is referring to Malaysia is referring to Inventec plant in Bayan lepas

I don't think the new manufacturing plant has started to contribute yet.
Also, if you read their report, they started to have trading business from last Q which generating about RM500,000, expect to have more in this Q.

With the new plant coming in, expect profit can be double up and hoping by their trading business can grow further. Was forecasting the best profit can reach 5m per Q next year.

But is not cheap still as at the current price is indicating P/E20 if they can achieve 20m profit yearly.

I'm not doubting Scope prospect but somehow feel the optimism is out of proportion. It seems like Scope will be the main beneficiary of the Sonos demand. I think the bread will fall into the Inventec appliances and some of it will fell into Scope's plate. Hopefully not the bread crumb.

Yes KingKong_Doll has a point,

but let me share my "point of view"
IACM which located in Bayan Lepas is still new and they could not fully reach the capacity yet in coming 1+year even longer due to uncertainties of pandemic, thus, Scope will benefit definitely.

IAC HQ invested in Scope, that makes Scope their partner rather than direct competitor, since all the taikos over at IAC probably holding 0028, imo they will want to profit for themselves as well (0028 huge potential upwards), so thats another plus point.

Even in the long run, IAC factory in shanghai will slowly move all their business to Malaysia, the cake will be too big, it's more than enough for these 2 local companies.



i'll be giving out a bonus but it's kinda obvious innit? This coming qr will be the best among recent qr.

Uptrend stock just hold la. Analysis too death la, King Kong. Ride with the operator. This kind of stock you can hold until next year and will easily double if not triple. It's obvious that Inventec are putting all their cards into Scope. Sonos boss already hinted that the long term plan is to transfer production to Malaysia as much as possible. Some more second plant almost ready to start. Multi bagger coming.

I can see this counter reaching 50 sen in no time once more and more people realise what a gem of a prospect this is. Funds will start looking at this too. With covid restrictions and what not, it's still able to double revenue and increase earnings.

Ax Capital has mentioned that current capacity is at 70% and yet it managed to generate 41 m revenue, double from last quarter. Assuming 100% capacity for the next few quarters and we can expect easily over rm50 million revenue and earnings around 3-4 million per quarter. Not to mention we have a strong operator behind the scenes. Looking good for rm1 tp by the end of the year.

Imagine the manufacturing business Inventec is going to pass to Scope for the next few years. For newbie information, Inventec is a huge dick in Taiwan with market cap of usd3.4 billion. They own 10 % of Scope now.
