Heng Kee, i merely based on last year record whereby after major dispose, then did a private placement at low price, and major recently disposed again, so maybe pp again. Just a hunch.

All speculator abandon ship and cut loss d...
This stock will start its winter sleep until July'17.

So as a long term investor, what can we do now?

Option 1: Sell it
Option 2: Ignore it
Option 3: Sell first, then buy back lower
Option 4: Put aside first, ignore the gain/(loss) on this counter, focus on other counters in your portfolio, and monitoring the company development closely.

For me, I choose option 4.

Not worthwhile to hold for long term in a bull market as you can use your funds to play those short term counters and come back later. That's what I have already done after holding it for so long. That's my views and guess everyone shd have their own strategy/ies.... well high risk high return or low risk low return..... what are you looking for. Noted that many counters with good NTA even may not move up....so have to join in the rally but must know when to move in and when to get out only.

Absolutely right. I loss 18k+@0.185 , must have discipline and know when to cut loss and move to other good counters which perhaps can minimise your losses. Mbsb is a good one.

From past year record, 16 sen is a good buy. Maybe the last opportunity to buy at 16 sen (if it get that low again) before JKR money come in on July and really turn the table.

AK2899, if your exposure to this counter is very minimum, then you still can buy more.
But for me, it already exceed 30% of my portfolio, no matter how much confidence i had on it, I cannot top up anymore. I still have long journey to go, cannot bet my future on 1 stock.

1） 它的收入会越来越好（稳定的concession收入，越来越多的CMS保安收入和酒店收入）。
CMS的生意模式是越累积越多用户，每个月的收入就越来越增加。
马六甲的旅游业越来越茂盛，酒店的地点很方便，是游客的首先。
2） 它有利息开销会减少，因为他的债券每年都会赎回一部分，所以利息只会越来越少。

这一季的业绩跌原因很简单就是项目end.

是非常便宜买入的时候了，错过了别走宝哦。
