Nobody can tell u exactly when is the right time to buy and at what price. If someone can do that, then the person will be super rich just by investing in share. Even Warren Buffet sometimes lost money in stock market or at least paper lost. A few questions you should yourself before investing in this counter are
1. How long are you going to hold the share, if there is a sudden downturn, will you hold on to it? 2. Do you see the company will continue to grow in next 3 years or beyond. You have make a judgement call. 3. Is the counter going to transfer to main board and when? Again it is a guess, unless insider leak out information, fyi, insider trading (trade with insider information) is a crime in Malaysia. Transferring to main board will be a main catalyst for this counter, most likely they will be a bonus issues to coincide with it.
Is your own call and the risk and reward is also your own.
LKOH: It is on based on TA only, the momentum it holds for 12 years not breaking the 0.365 resistance. Usually it will boom for this kind of momentum as you see froml cup and handle pattern. However once again there is no confirmation it will go up just from TA only. I agree with your statement mr LKOH, nothing is certain in stock. Risk vs reward need to be asses first before you decide to buy any stock.
Agreed banks will not use only one brand but the brand proven to be most reliable and has good service response by the supplier will win biggest share of business from Bank. I hope Opensys OKI live up to that
saw some Opensys technician servicing a machine at one of Maybank's branches in Miri Sawarak. was bit surprise they also have servicing technician at EM...good good UP UP
OKI CRM is now in Maybank....additional new revenue stream....flying very sooooon...by year end. Looking forward to regular twice yearly dividend early Sep16...
This is the best time for Opensys to apply transfer to main board, Opensys should able to achieve 20 million profit in last 3 FY and 6 million PAT in latest FY, in view of the great sales of OKI CRM this year.
Looking forward
1. Bonus issues, they need the enlarge their share base 2. Special dividend 3. If transfer to main board, Opensys will attract institution/fund investment.
The company's source of income stream is very resilient regardless of economy downturn, additionally the profit growth this year will be much more explosive than last year, at current share price is still greatly undervalued by the market. Expect a great rally on the release of quarterly report. Expect this counter to turn from small cap stock to a mid cap stock in years to come. (A multi-baggers)
bavos, for this to happen, we need to see more OKI CRMs in Maybank branches. At the moment, not every Maybank branch has OKI CRM, and when they have, there is only 1 miserable unit. If Maybank follows Public Bank to install 2 OKI CRMs and 2 Opensys cheque deposit machines in every branch. it will be very good for the company. All these will eventually be translated into the bottom line and then act as catalysts for re-rating of the stock. I see great potential because Maybank being the largest bank in Malaysia has many branches. After selling these machines, Opensys will continue to make money from these banks by way of maintenance and software upgrades in the future (imagine it like buying a car).
I believe main income comes from selling machines. Service revenue is less than 15% of total revenue. The key for Opensys to sell more OKI CRM is reliability (more up time compares to competitors like Hitachi, Wincor Nixdoft etc) and fast response on breakdown services. If Opensys can achieve these two main criteria. I can see more sales coming for Opensys, it is very possible for OKI to hit their target I.e. 40% market share in Malaysia.
we need to think about the life cycle on each CRM. if the earning just seasonally, after trend over, the counter also over. OpenSys need to find another new opportunities then lead into another level, i dont think rely on CRM alone can help the counter growth constantly.
