Operators have lots of excess rights shares. They close eyes to sell at 0.08 or 0.06 and still make profits from free warrants.

Be cautious trading high NOSH loss making penny stock even though after share consolidation and rights issue
Expect directors to make more announcements on MOU, HOA, asset acquisition, etc to attract newcomers to the stock
Monitor quarterly results for any improvements or expect similar fate like pasukgb, sanichi, lambo, etc
