Price won't go down below 0.075 cents currently..... Hover around 0.075 - 0.09 cent is possible fot quite while. If this week price stable at 0.09 cent is consider good before another TSUNAMI take place....

The Board of Directors of METRONIC is pleased to announce that METRONIC SMART TECH, a
wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 30 September 2020 entered into a
collaborative project vide a Letter of Intent (“LOI”) with JFSM with the intention to collaborate,
participate and contribute to the development of the “SMART FACTORIES” and “SPACE
OPTIMISATION”, with the following scope of works, with gross project value of up to 15,000,000
USD (equivalent to approximately RM62,250,000) (“Project”):-
(a) Development of digital factory for plating processes with space and process re-design,
process management, automation and project management;
(b) Implementation of radio shuttle pallet storage system and Vertical Lift Modula for entire
warehouse (10,000 meter square catering to 1,600 pallet location); and
(c) Development and building of SMART warehouse of storage of scaffold or/ and construction
material through implementation of Radio Shuttle pallet system and customised heavy duty
Automated Storage and Retrieval System (“ASRS”) (22,000 meter square catering to 12,800
pallet location).

（吉隆坡1日讯）美全（MTRONIC，0043，主要板工业 ）宣布，子公司Metronic Smart Tech私人有限公司与新加坡公司JF 策略管理有限公司 （JFSM）成立联营公司，为新加坡“精明工厂”和“空间优化”进行工业4.0革命的设计、研究、策划、发展和落实计划，整个项目总值预计高达1500万美元（约6225万令吉）。



报备文件指出，这家联营公司的缴足资本为50万新元（约152万令吉），股权比例是美全占80%以及JFSM占20%。

JFSM董事苏克维说：“该开发项目实际只占发展总值估计介于2亿美元到3亿美元（约6.1亿令吉至9.15亿令吉）工业革命4.0计划的一小部份而己。因此，当我们获得临时职业许可证或法定完成日期后，预计接下来的12个月会获得更多的合约。”

新加坡的工业用地属于租赁地契，租赁期为30年至60年。 在2012年，新加坡贸易和工业部宣布将发布更多期限更短和面积更小的地段。那时起，政府工业地销售的土地使用期限将限制在最长为30年，低于之前的60年租赁期限。

Beyond2288, beside Mtronic, Mudajya can buy in slowly at 0.22-0.23. Expect it to sideways at this range for a month before make a decent hike early next month.
