People worry shares consolidation or dilution. Either way, for shareholders what is the value? If let say, shares price is 50 sen, then u consolidate 5 into 1 so the price is RM2.50. So that does not matter, the key word is what is the market value. At the end of the day, there will be MGO before S5 to officially listing under new business.

Are market willing to value ALB 50 sen?

Independent third party valuer to review and provide proposal, in order to meet all parties interest in this HOA.

Personally I would believe there will be consolidation 10:1 first and follow by issue 9 times extra new share to S5 at the same time caused to dilution of percentage, work out simultaneously.

see if they goreng further. they get the shares at 10cents... means the value of their share which they get at discounted.. instantly value up. So got potential goreng. The more they goreng, the more share price goes up, the more shares they issue, instantly S5 make billions, by listing and selling maybe 40% of the shares they issue.
