The idea of rev tablet is good especially for pizza hut which always not enough staff and bad service. Lol. But it does not using it.

My friend also went to the restaurant that using rev tablet by cuscapi. However, the staff actually did not know how to use it and most of the people there just ignoring the tablet and order the food in a traditional way. I did not know the current situation but hope that cuscapi really put some effort on it.

Brent Soo: I agree to what you've said. Pizza Hut service is bad. I left the restaurant once after sitting there for 5min without anyone noticing me!!!

I tried Rev tablet at Chicago at 1U too and I am not convinced that it will be a successful product. The table is bulky and generates lots of heat, and takes up a lot of table space . It is not very flexible as the free side dishes that go with the main course are displayed with a price. I was stuck as I did not want to continue the ordering being afraid that I will be charged for the free side dish. I did not able to figure out how to re-start the ordering and the tablet went on to games and advertisement mode. I gave up and ordered directly with the waiter. What a frustrating experience!!!

I wonder why cuscapi needs to include games in Rev while everyone can just play games with their mobile. And why investing in an inferior hardware while iPad is better option. I still prefer Sakae Sushi's method.

I never try the rev tablet but my friend did. Her experience is also at the Chicago at one U. Her experience is more worst as she did not even touch the tablet and the staff told her don't use that and directly order with her...

Brent Soo: yes, I can see that the waiters prefer to take order by taking note and customers do not bother to use. I am quite worried that Rev will not be successful. In addition, cuscapi opts for profit-sharing model for Rev. If I were a restaurant owner, I will not want to get something that no one wants to use but eats into my profit margin.
Since it is changing its business focus and putting high bet in Rev, I will not be putting high bet in them too. I bought cuscapi due to its POS system and at first I thought Rev is like Sakae Sushi's system, but after my visit to Chicago, I quickly sold it off.

Directors use media to promote their stocks but end of the day the bottom line counts. I know this counter has potential i was holding 300k uts when it hit 50cts never sold waiting for 70cts n because of deficit Q dropped to 38ct sold but made some profit. This stk got potential lets see the financial report first?
