Given the post CNY holiday where investors pull out money... now is over...
It's time to invest again and CUSCAPI got potential for multiple breakouts for reasons:

1) Investors are back
2) bursa has rebounced from 1560pts low and attempting to break resistances at 0.1646pts and 1695pts
3) QRs for many companies are coming end of the month, will help to realise breakout at KLSE indexes
4) CUSCAPI chances to report better revenue given that MCO 2.0 has been economic friendly these days

Legally speaking, there is no development/difference save for the fact that Cuscapi is now challenging the decision. (as can be seen from the excerpt/link below)

So what's causing the high volume/interest in cuscapi counter recently? is something brewing?
