PP setting price in the process. anytime the company can decide it. If madam want it higher price in order to raise more fund with the same PP shares. It would be better to let the price up and then issue PP shares.

CSY & EG both have approximately 317M shares or 34.5% VC total outstanding shares 938M leaving 612M theoretically free float. Need to have more committed directors holding substantial shares to reduce availability of free float shares in the market to push up VC prices. Once prices go up with such a large free float there will be many weak holders who will sell to take profit. BOD must be committed to hold long term & continue to absorb any selling pressure or invite financially strong individuals as directors committed to hold substantial VC shares
