CSY sold 80M ICPS probably because no longer see any treat of hostile take over. Gave notice of intention to trade before release of 2nd quarter results. It will be a ridiculous situation if she were to sell.

She also sold 35mil common shares before and convert another 66mil VC PA shares lah. CSY will probably acquire more shares from open market to consolidate further her stake. CSY sold down her shareholding in MMAG to conserve funds to buy more VC Maybe already start collecting at $0.065-$0.07 Don't think announcement to Bursa indicate she is likely to sell her shares when just recently bought from NSK at $0.10 & convert from VC-PA

another noobs newbie ask such question. both of them are poor lah. corporate tussle over already lah. so obvious the winners are dato exited with few millions ringgits richer just over 3 mths time from end of march and exited 9th july and madam acquired more and more shares to be the ultimate largest shareholder. noobs. short term traders think got free lunch ended up cutloss. serve them right. Since no directors except CSY is a substantial shareholder it means that theoretically there are 713M free float VC shares. Such a high no of free float is a target for takeover. Hopefully some high net worth individuals or venture capitalists will make a play for VC If this happens VC will fly.

Vortex Consolidated Bhd confirmed today that it is in talks to acquire a stockbroking firm but said it has yet to enter into any definitive agreement.

The ACE Market-listed company said this in a filing with Bursa Malaysia, after it was reported today that Vortex's new major shareholder, Eugene Goh, had not denied speculation that the company was in talks to buy one of the last standalone stockbroking firms.

"Among the remaining ones are PM Securities Sdn Bhd and SJ Securities Sdn Bhd," the report in The Star newspaper said. The tabloid had also noted Vortex has RM52.83 million in cash.
