Based on the info, right issue will be based on basis of 3 rights shares for every 1 existing Vsolar share held together with 2 free warrants for every 3 rights shares subscribed. Also based on indicative issue price shall be 5 sen per rights share.
Let make a simple calculation. Assuming 2 free warrants trade at 1 sen each and 3 rights shares at 5 sen each. Total shall be at least 17 sen.

Original business for Vsolar was information technology. Are kinds of subset if ICT, information and communications technology and the profit are very thin. Nowadays all the company start have their own rather than depending on service providers. that’s why this company had change their name from Fast Track solution Holdings Berhad to Vsolar Group Berhad.

Management had go through necessary assessment and decided to venture to RE business, mainly due to recent aggressiveness from government especially for NEM and NEM II.

If u have 100k lots of vsolar shares right now

U are entitled to 300k lots of ri
Plus free 200k warrants.

Let's say, 300lots of ri at 3 cents each
u need to fork out 9000 for the ri.

200k lots of free wa, let's say 1 warrant is 1 ct,
U get 2000 free.

Your 5000 + 9000 = 14000 minus 2000 wa,

Your cost is 12000

100,000 lots , u can buy (1 share for 3 RI) 3 RI x 100,000 ( u be offered but you can reject/ignore if you don't want)

If 1 RI is 5 cts (as perinformed-later I check) , u need to pay another RM 15,000

on top, u get 2 warrants FREE ( I dunno the warrant $ yet) but assume is 2 cents,
200,000 x 2 cts= RM4000 if FREE

Your 100,000 shares of 5 cts = 5000
RI= 15,000
total: 20,000 minus 4000 free warrant = 16,000

If you sell the warrant, and keep the 400,000 shares ( 100,000 + 300,000= 400k lots) you each share is only 4 cts.

worth it or not, up to you.
