aiya, i explain abit la, if mq not really wanna acq, its juz goreng, but if mq really wannt try acq joint with jdr which under jd, its possible, jd use its sub company combine with another company to acq bigger company to increase their market value, same theory with small company acq bigger company tht ady listed in bursa to direct jump into market instead of invest their own company, 借壳上市

The Board of Directors of MQ Tech wishes to announce that, MQ Tech and JD had mutually agreed to extend the cut off date for a period of one (1) month from 15 August 2020 to 15 September 2020:-



(i) for the Parties to finalise the definitive terms and conditions pursuant to the Agreement; and



(ii) to allow a longer timeframme for the potential seller to revert on its interest or otherwise.



This announcement is dated 14 August 2020.
