Hope all the MOU & MOA are genuine. With no purchase consideration, it's a bit flimsy. Can be called off any time if the purchase consideration is not agreeable. BOD can have it either way. Close or call off the deal. KLSE won't penalise the company or it's BOD

I guess. The announcement will issue after trading hour to mention fail.. after that tomorrow holiday. People will forgot and Thursday resume back the impact will lower.. expected will drop to 0.1 area on Thursday...

No one has a crystal ball... indeed postponing the announcement till the last date is indeed not convincing. The only good thing that can be observed through the chart is the price has broke out of the bull pennant, thought it's not a strong uptrending. Just my 2 cents... might be totally wrong.
