Special Report: Hidden hands behind penny stock surge under scrutiny

A few weeks ago, the authorities are understood to have raided several offices in Menara Lien Hoe in Persiaran Tropicana in the vicinity of the Tropicana Golf and Country Club in Selangor, looking for information on a group of individuals involved in manipulating penny stocks on the Bursa Malaysia.

The authorities, it seems, are after a group of individuals who control as many as 60 companies on Bursa Malaysia and appear to manipulate share prices and siphon out funds from these companies via numerous cash calls and the subsequent acquisition of assets. Also being scrutinised are the “asset-shuffling exercises” undertaken by many of the companies. There is also talk that they are allegedly involved in the legitimising of ill-gotten gains or money-laundering activities.

It is also learnt that there is a ringleader, an individual in his late 40s, who is not directly linked to any of the companies but efficiently uses proxies to mask his presence, utilising, instead, several generals who control the shares in many of them.

The Edge managed to identify almost 40 out of the 60 companies controlled by the same few individuals

If according to the plan, by now they should already have have 5 doubles + 1 single lines on full operations far ahead of Mahsing, what a good timing...... after all, another way looking at ESOS, it is a good motivations for employee meanwhile will generate additional cash for company expansion. See... the employee are expect to setup 13 lines + 48 lines in 3 years while investors are watching with "pop corn", so this is aka "Ini kali lah!!!" for their dream therefore do not expect they will execute their ESOS cheap.

I think Choong (MD) leadership work, the questions remains : when the share price will fly .......hehehe....................

Hahaha... Still have people believe or trying to justify for syndicate all these ESOS, when in actual fact, all the ESOS share are for the Syndicate as expose in the Blog many times. Get real, as per Edge report , all these paper printing is for Syndicate to sell to retailers in large quantity. Wake up and read the expose blogs..

Can be true, do not buy if in doubts. I am just at view that all this plastics and glove company always start cheap and low but who knows may become giant like "Top Glove" one day, after all, I just invested my 1 month "Nasi Lemak + Kopi" $, not really need to get real ....hehehe..............

The factory is real else someone go to jail, for my that little invested Nasi Lemak $$ @ 0.095 to 0.10 cents, I may not wake up and get busy with it, what if the production are real? they signed contract with Ken Team right? ......hehehe..................

Yes. Agreed as 20,000 or maybe 30,000 people think this way, (retails), and once money raised, it is not used for the intended purpose, but siphon to buy into another company shares.

Read a report that AT has rm 145 m stashed away in some sort of a fund. Anyone can verify it? Hope it's not a means to siphon off gains made. The writer also questioned the risk of doing so ie what if fund can't pay back?
