Ok la...after like 3 years quarantine inside here gotten nothing , sold all WA for some consolation price (own effort from buy low) . Keeping the mother. Hope getting some return on the investment soon... When can give Div or bonus or something?

（吉隆坡1日讯）新加坡上市公司合众控股（Avarga）独资子公司Avarga投资（Avarga Investment），在买入海峡物流（STRAITS，0080，主要板交通与物流）10%股权后，崛起成为该公司主要股东之一。



海峡物流向马证交所报备，Avarga投资是以每股17.5仙的价码，在场外买入公司约7810万股，相等于10%股份。海峡物流今日交投炽热，闭市起1.5仙至20仙，成交量高达1亿924万股。

目前市值约10亿令吉的合众控股是一家投资控股公司，主要从事造纸、发电和建材分销业务。该公司在5个国家运营，拥有逾800名员工，年营业额达45亿令吉。

海峡物流主要从事石油贸易和燃料加注服务、船舶管理、港口运营和管理、内陆运输和投资控股业务。该公司持股55%的子公司Tumpuan Megah发展在国内15个港口营运，并拥有13艘船只。

此外，根据合众控股2019年的年报，The Edge媒体集团主席拿督童贵旺和新加坡著名商人林荣福皆是该公司的主要股东之一。其中，后者直接持股约19.35%。
