Guess you can't compare this year quarters results with previous year quarters in view of Covid-19 impact. May consider "not too bad" if compared with previous quarter in 2020 considering the slowdown in global economy and oil prices

This counter only need a little push and support , then it can easily stay above 0.20 and back to 2019 range . Which it supposed to be much higher.
