Golden shares : too many false hopes anouncement. Digital banking licence tie up was announced by Gpacket way back in May 2020. Only now Jan 2021 did BNM announced their guidelines. The last date for submission is 30th June 2021. In Singapore out of 14-15 applicants only 4 were successful. 2 full licence and the other 2 control licensing { under strict terms} successful Companies need to plough in 400 - 500 MILLION for the new business.
